About

Hydration is a baseline. We made one.

Just Electrolyte exists because most people are mildly dehydrated most of the time — and they don't notice, because mild dehydration feels like ordinary life.

01

The reframe

Sports drinks positioned hydration as something you earn. An event. A reward after effort. That framing sold a lot of sugar, but it missed the larger fact: your cells need electrolytes at rest, at your desk, across the span of a regular Tuesday. Hydration is not a reward for suffering. It is a baseline — like sleep. We made something for the baseline.

02

Why unflavored

We designed it to disappear into your water. Not to replace it. A flavor that competes with your morning coffee, your afternoon tea, the glass of water you actually want to drink — that's friction. Flavor is a marketing decision dressed up as a product decision. We skipped it. What you taste is a clean, subtle mineral finish. Because real electrolytes have a presence. That's all.

03

Why citrate

Most electrolyte products use sodium chloride — table salt. It works. Citrate-based electrolytes are easier on the digestive system than chloride-based formulas, and citrate carries no tartness, no sharp edge. The result is non-acidic. No citric acid. No enamel-erosion risk from acidity. Tooth-enamel-friendly formulation. We made a choice about the form of every mineral on the label. None of those choices were accidental.

How we work

Quiet rigor

Every number on the label is there because someone chose it, not because it rounded well. The sodium-to-potassium ratio. The magnesium dose. The choice of magnesium glycinate over magnesium oxide. These decisions are listed on the front panel, not buried in the back.

We don't put badges on the packaging. We don't have an origin story about a founder's marathon. We have a dense back-panel fact sheet and a formula that does what it says.

If you want to understand every number, read the science page. The formula doesn't need a story — it needs to work.

Manufacturing

Made in California

Formulated and manufactured in California. Produced at a co-packing facility operating under FDA 21 CFR Part 111 Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards for dietary supplements. Lot traceability maintained at every stage. Third-party testing before each batch ships.

We looked for a partner whose quality process matched ours — one that would put a CoA in front of us before we shipped a single tub, not after a complaint arrived.
